Senior Data Engineer / Analyst (Remote – US)

We're building out our Analytics team, a cross-functional team accelerating expert acquisition, activation, and retention. We need a Senior Data Engineer/Analyst to power that mission. About the Role You'll build the data foundation that fuels our growth engine. Sitting at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and experimentation, you'll ensure every growth initiative is backed by clean, reliable, actionable data. What You'll Do Build infrastructure: Design pipelines (SQL, dbt, BigQuery) that unify marketing, product, and operational data. Own data quality and event tracking validation. Power experimentation: Partner with Product to design and analyze A/B tests across acquisition and activation funnels. Implement Mixpanel instrumentation for new experiments. Drive insights: Own funnel reporting, attribution models, and campaign analysis. Build Looker dashboards that surface where the team should focus next. Enable AI-driven growth: Support integration of LLM-enriched data models, embeddings, and similarity signals for smarter targeting and segmentation. Potentially lead and grow the data team, taking on more leadership responsibilities over time.
