Role Overview
We are looking for a marketing professional who understands content, media and digital engagement. The role sits at the intersection of editorial thinking, brand marketing, and performance-led digital execution. The person will work closely with the business team to create and finalise compelling content, drive inbound interest, and support client campaigns.
This role will focus on content, digital marketing, and editorial execution. A key part of this role will also involve editorially reviewing press releases, with a focus on sharpening key messages, improving content flow, and ensuring alignment with NewsVoir’s editorial guidelines. Structured training will be provided for this.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content & Editorial
- Write, edit, and refine high-quality content across formats:
i) Website pages– Emailers and sales communication– Case studies and pitch decks– Thought leadership articles and blogs
ii) Editorially review press releases to:
iii) Improve clarity, structure, and readability– Strengthen key messaging and narrative flow– Ensure adherence to NewsVoir’s editorial standards (training will be provided)
iv) Adapt content for better media pickup and digital performance
2) Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across:
i) LinkedIn (primary B2B channel)– Email marketing platforms (Brevo or similar)– Basic performance campaigns (Google Ads / paid channels)
ii) Support programmatic and native campaign content in coordination with partners
iii) Track performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns
3) Website & SEO
- Manage and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Work on SEO fundamentals:
i) Keyword optimisation– Meta tags and content structuring– Improving discoverability and indexing
ii) Monitor performance via Google Analytics / Search Console
4) Sales & Marketing Collateral
- Create sharp, high-conversion materials:
i) Sales decks
ii) Onepagers
iii) Industry-specific outreach content
- Support outbound campaigns with tailored messaging for different sectors
5) Social Media & Brand Presence
- Manage and grow NewsVoir’s LinkedIn presence
- Build and execute a consistent content calendar
- Create content that drives engagement, credibility, and inbound interest
6) Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and agencies where required
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution across all deliverables
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in content, marketing, or digital roles
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand and refine business communication
- Familiarity with PR, media, or content distribution is a solid advantage
- Hands-on with tools such as:
- – Email platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.)– CMS (WordPress)– Basic analytics tools– PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc)
- Balanced thinking across creativity and performance
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,632.99 per month
