This position seeks an adept Property Manager to guide operations with a focus on tenant satisfaction and environmental health. Engage with both owners and senior management to align the goals of the real estate assets with operational excellence. You'll be responsible for implementing policies, managing budgets, and overseeing vendor relationships while ensuring compliance across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen relationships with property owners and tenants
• Manage operational budgets and financial reporting
• Review vendor contracts and ensure compliance
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties
• Establish performance goals for onsite staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
• At least 8 years of relevant property management experience
• RPA, CCIM, or CPM certification is essential
• Valid real estate license in applicable states
• Proven experience managing diverse property portfolios
