Richmond, VA | Part-Time

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a dependable, observant, and compassionate Behavioral Health Security Specialist (Milieu Manager) to join our Richmond clinic. In this role, you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment for patients recovering from opioid addiction while working alongside an experienced healthcare team.

What You'll Do

As our Behavioral Health Security Specialist, you will help maintain a safe, respectful environment for patients, visitors, and staff by:

  • Monitoring patient activity throughout the clinic and surrounding property
  • Conducting routine safety rounds inside the clinic and parking areas
  • Helping prevent diversion, theft, and other security concerns
  • Using de-escalation techniques to calmly resolve challenging situations
  • Responding quickly to disturbances while maintaining professionalism
  • Supporting patients through compassionate interactions
  • Reporting safety concerns to clinic leadership
  • Assisting with maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment

What We're Looking For

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong observational skills and sound judgment
  • Professional and dependable work ethic
