Food Science R&D Research Associate

Become a critical part of innovative food development as an R&D Research Associate. Focus on validating new formulas, optimizing production processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance efficiency.

In this role, you'll bridge product development and production, working closely with teams across Food Science, Engineering, and Production. You will validate and improve efficiency of new equipment while assisting in production trials and data analysis. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for equipment validation
• Support production trials and formulation experiments
• Analyze and present data from trials and experiments
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions
• Create SOPs and troubleshooting guidelines as required

Requirements

• 3+ years in commercial food production or development
• Bachelor’s degree in a related Science field
• Knowledge of scientific instruments for data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs and attention to detail
