What You'll Do

Support Strategic Execution

Assist in managing performance-driven affiliate and partner marketing programs for a portfolio of clients. Collaborate on strategic planning and day-to-day operations across partner recruitment, media planning, TM+ bidding, and compliance. Translate client goals into actionable plans with support from senior team members.

Own Key Program Workstreams

Coordinate with affiliate networks, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables. Manage tracking setup, reporting processes, and budget pacing in alignment with client goals.Conduct initial data analysis to surface trends and flag opportunities for deeper exploration.

Build Client & Partner Relationships

Serve as a support contact for clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and efficient follow-up. Participate in meetings and present work confidently, with support from senior team members. Help build trust by showing reliability, organization, and attention to detail in everything you do.

Grow Your Affiliate Expertise

Stay up to date on affiliate industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies. Proactively seek opportunities to improve process efficiency and share learnings with the team. Take ownership of your development and contribute to a collaborative, “all in” team environment.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to affiliate, performance, or partner marketing strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiarity with performance reporting and metrics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with confidence.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset—you take initiative and bring solutions.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or program management software is a plus.
  • Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Union Square (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.

Salary Range: $70,000-80,000 USD annual

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
