Duties

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce potential customers to our energy solutions and services
• Identify customer needs and present tailored product options to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions efficiently
• Negotiate terms with prospects to close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop effective marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress within CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or related fields preferred
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques for engaging diverse audiences
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader customer base
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
• Knowledge of solar energy or energy sales is a plus; technical aptitude is beneficial for explaining product features
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a confident, energetic communication style
