We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who can lead creative execution across multiple client accounts, translate marketing strategies into visual narratives, and manage client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual campaigns for clients
• Develop cohesive visual identities for digital campaigns
• Create compelling designs for social media creatives and various marketing collaterals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all client assets
• Guide junior designers and run thorough quality check on their deliveries.

Video Creation and Editing & Motion Graphics

• Create/edit long-form (1-3 mins) and short-form (30 sec) marketing videos
• Create motion graphics, animated explainers, and branded transitions
• Create LinkedIn-first videos, product walkthroughs, and executive thought leadership videos
• Optimize videos for multi-platform distribution
• Maintain high production quality and storytelling clarity

Client-Facing Collaboration

• Participate in client calls to understand creative requirements
• Present design concepts and creative rationale
• Translate client feedback into actionable design improvements
• Manage revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity

Project & Workflow Management

• Handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• Maintain structured file management and version control
• Collaborate with social media strategists, writers, and account managers
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with campaign timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or B2B preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work
• Proficiency in
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
• Strong understanding of
• Visual storytelling in B2B and B2C marketing
• Brand guidelines and corporate identity systems
• Typography, layout hierarchy, and design psychology
• Timing and spacing, typography in motion, styleframes, motion graphics templates
• Experience creating LinkedIn-focused creatives and performance-oriented videos
• Ability to independently conceptualize campaigns from brief to execution
• Strong communication skills for client interaction

Good to Have

• Experience working in a client facing environment
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
