Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition / IT Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience, specifically in Contract-to-Hire (CTH) / Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to IT hiring and experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. The candidate should also be interested in continuing within the CTH hiring domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for CTH/contract roles
- Understand technical job requirements and source relevant candidates
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skill fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Manage candidate engagement, follow-ups, and closures
- Handle offer negotiation and onboarding for contract hires
- Work with vendors/partners to build strong candidate pipelines
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT hiring (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (CTH) / Contract Staffing hiring
- Strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, Testing, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Exposure to working with staffing/consultancy firms
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must have IT recruitment experience only (non-IT profiles will not be considered)
- Must have prior experience in CTH hiring and willingness to continue in the same domain
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field
- Experience in bulk/volume IT hiring
- Familiarity with contract onboarding processes
