Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Columbus, NJ for a Google Cloud Data Architect. The responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure data architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The individual will also lead data integration efforts, optimize data workflows, provide insights into data storage and processing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and a deep understanding of cloud data solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub
• Strong experience in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Database Design
• Hands-on proficiency with Data Integration tools and ETL processes
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL
• Experience in Cloud Security, Identity, and Access Management
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Cloud certification such as GCP Professional Data Engineer is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
