In this role, you will support customer interactions, utilizing over 3 years of experience to deliver high-quality service.

You will navigate various chat conversations and phone calls while maintaining calmness and precision. Your insights will also contribute to comprehensive documentation and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle complex client inquiries via phone and chat
  • Proactively identify and recommend new products or services
  • Maintain CRM documentation accurately for future reference
  • Uphold service level agreements and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with escalated inquiries demonstrating exceptional emotional intelligence Requirements:
  • At least 3 years in a customer-facing position, preferably in fintech
  • Must be bilingual in French and English
  • Experience managing escalations with poise
  • Typing proficiency of 50 WPM or greater
