Department: Sales – Affordable Housing Finance
Designation: Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata.
Job Purpose
To drive business growth in the Affordable Housing Finance segment by sourcing home loan customers, developing channel partnerships, and ensuring achievement of sales and portfolio quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new Current Account customers through field sales, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
Identify and onboard SME, MSME, traders, professionals, and corporate clients.
Drive CASA growth by increasing Current Account balances and customer acquisition.
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of business banking customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular engagement.
Cross-sell banking products including Business Loans, Working Capital, Trade Finance, Cash Management Services (CMS), POS Machines, Forex, Insurance, and Investment products.
Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and completion of KYC documentation.
Maintain compliance with RBI guidelines and internal banking policies.
Coordinate with branch operations and internal teams to provide excellent customer service.
