We’re looking for a Specialist who’s excited to help shape how our sales teams learn, grow, and succeed. In this role, you’ll help build programs, tools, and resources that make our sellers more effective—and ultimately drive better business outcomes.
You’ll work across teams, connect the dots between data and strategy, and bring ideas to life through thoughtful, engaging content. If you enjoy solving problems, telling stories with data, and building things that scale, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact.
A natural self-starter, you will have significant experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365, including a high level understanding of Copilot and AI business tools.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, communicate key findings to leadership with executive-ready presentations
- Support the strategy and design of sales training programs (e.g., performance sales fluency, product knowledge) to build seller capability and confidence
- Lead development and evolution of centralized resources (e.g., SharePoint, Highspot, training content repositories) to enable scalable knowledge sharing
- Assess overall impact and effectiveness of learning programs. Use industry standards and best class benchmarks to enhance programs and the employee experience
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy) to align programs and deliver integrated solutions tied to business priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging presentations, custom graphics/videos, interactive content experiences, instructional guides for website, and other materials
- Own program management and implementation efforts on behalf of our stakeholders
- Analyze and make recommendations for revisions of curriculums based on upgrades/changes to software/system/processes
- Lead end-user-training programs, train-the-trainer, and one-on-one training support
- Design and draft PowerPoint presentations including graphics, videos and data-driven charts
Desired Characteristics:
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex processes impacting the business and translate into easy-to-understand training and learning
- Strategic thinker who translates ideas into action – proven ability to put an executable plan in place and manage ongoing development
- Ability to project manage multiple assignments from outline/concept to design to finished product
- Interest in and understanding of technology development and deployment, including AI tools and Copilot, particularly in a sales and marketing environment
- Convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in visual and written format
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal clients at various levels, including senior executives
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal guidance or direct supervision
- Highly collaborative style and able to work easily in an environment of multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years in professional advertising, agency, tech, media or marketing environment
- Knowledge of media industry, the sales process, and media in general
- Significant experience in Office 365 - PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, and Word, including a high level understanding of Copilot and AI tools to make business impact.
