TEMPORARY SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT (FT 40 hrs) - NMCRS HQ

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Senior Accountant to support financial operations and reporting within a dynamic, Nonprofit environment. This role is responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end close, and supporting financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and has 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Nonprofit organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential. Experience with ERP systems and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are highly valued.
