• Hours: 07:00 AM – 02:45 PM
• Days: Monday – Friday
• Meal Break: 30 minutes

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support students in a school-based setting. This role focuses on assisting students with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting a structured and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students with personal care needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support students with feeding, toileting, and hygiene tasks
• Monitor student behavior and report concerns to staff
• Help maintain a safe and structured classroom environment
• Accompany students throughout the school day, including transitions between activities
• Follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
• Adhere to safety protocols and school policies

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant, CNA, or similar caregiving role preferred
• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive approach
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
• Reliable and punctual
