Junior Full Stack Developer (React‑heavy) – 1 to 3 Years Experience

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite 3 Days/Week)

Type: Full‑Time

Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise in React (latest versions & ecosystem) and working exposure to backend technologies such as Python or Node.js. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building modern, scalable web applications, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow into a well-rounded full stack engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high‑performance web application frontends using React, Hooks, Context API, Redux, and modern UI libraries.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and senior developers to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code.
• Build and integrate backend APIs using Node.js or Python (basic to intermediate level expected).
• Work with REST APIs, JSON data structures, and third‑party integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Deploy, test, and maintain applications on any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP exposure is sufficient).
• Follow best practices in version control (Git), documentation, and agile development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in web application development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including:
• React 18+
• Hooks, Functional Components
• State management (Redux/Context API)
• React Router, Axios/Fetch
• UI frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap)
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Working knowledge of backend development using Node.js or Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD basics, and agile workflows.

Good to Have

• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Knowledge of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth).
• Basic understanding of Docker or containerized environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot UI/UX issues and optimize performance.

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Work Mode

• Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite at Hyderabad office.
• Should be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
