A career as a Communications and Business Development Associate within the Marquette Charlebois Gervais Advisory Group at National Bank Financial-a well‑established and rapidly growing team-means acting as a multifunctional reference in communications, marketing, operations, and technology support.

Through your organizational, coordination, and communication skills, your experience in administrative management, marketing, and operational support, as well as your knowledge of digital tools and processes, you will have a positive impact on the team’s efficiency.

Your Role

  • Ensure the management and distribution of internal and external communications
  • Create and update marketing content (newsletters, social media, website)
  • Coordinate relationships with suppliers (graphic design, printing, web, events)
  • Provide administrative support to the team and ensure operational follow‑ups
  • Organize corporate or client events and manage their full logistics
  • Act as a super‑user of digital tools and support teams on a daily basis
