• We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals-including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates-with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.

Responsibilities

● Write politically sharp and narrative-based content across Instagram posts, Reels scripts, captions, carousel content, and blogs

● Create scroll-stopping Instagram posts, Reels scripts, captions, and carousel content

● Collaborate with designers and video editors for visually appealing content

● Research trends, hashtags, and viral formats to maximize reach

● Optimize content for engagement and virality using dashboards & analytics (Meta Insights, etc.) ● Use Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint for planning and presenting ideas

● Incorporate SEO, AI tools, and creative storytelling

Requirements

● 2–5 years in content writing, social media, or journalism

● Strong storytelling, tone adaptation, and audience engagement skills

● Deep understanding of Instagram trends, viral formats & short-form content

● Dashboard & analytics knowledge for performance tracking

● Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus

● Political or public affairs writing experience

● Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages

Note- This is a contractual role till April,2027.
