Creative Strategist
At Nap Chief, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just create content—but elevates it.
This role is for someone who can look at any creative—ads, social posts, campaigns—and instantly think:
“How can this be better?”
“What’s the stronger angle here?”
You’ll be the person who reviews, refines, and approves everything creative, ensuring it has a strong hook, clear storytelling, and a standout visual appeal.
What you’ll do:
Review and approve all creatives before they go live
Add strong angles, hooks, and storytelling to every piece of content
Guide designers and content teams to improve output quality
Bring fresh, creative thinking to campaigns and daily content
Ensure everything we put out feels sharp, engaging, and on-brand
Who we’re looking for:
2–3 years in creative / brand / content roles
Strong aesthetic sense + creative instinct
Someone who naturally thinks in ideas, hooks, and storytelling
Has a creative obsession—you can’t see average content without wanting to fix it
D2C experience is a big plus
Location:Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
