**About Us**
GAJAN Group Holdings is a fast\-growing multi\-venture group operating four Shopify e\-commerce brands, two B2B SaaS products (Corteron and Stakewell), and an AI\-first operations platform — all built out of Mohali. We move fast, build with AI, and hire people who want ownership, not just a job title.
**The Role**
We're hiring our first in\-house HR Manager to own people operations end\-to\-end. You won't be maintaining spreadsheets — you'll be running a modern, AI\-assisted hiring pipeline (GHL CRM \+ n8n automations \+ AI voice screening) to build out our India team across e\-commerce, marketing, and engineering roles. Once the team is built, you own culture, onboarding, compliance, and retention.
This is a founding HR hire. You'll have direct access to both founders and significant latitude to build the function your way.
**What You'll Own**
- Full\-cycle recruiting across tech, e\-commerce, and marketing roles — from LinkedIn sourcing to offer letter
- Operating our AI\-powered hiring pipeline (training provided — no prior n8n experience needed)
- Offer letter drafting and employment contract coordination with our HR consultancy (Adroit HR)
- Onboarding for all India hires — tools access, brand immersion, day\-one readiness
- PF, ESIC, and payroll coordination with our external compliance partner
- Building HR policies, employee handbook, leave structure, and POSH compliance
- Weekly hiring status reports to the Engineering Founder
**Must Have**
- 3\+ years in HR with at least 2 years in talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for tech, SaaS, or e\-commerce roles in India
- Strong written and spoken English — you'll be the face of the company to candidates
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Jobs India
- Comfort with HR tools — ATS, HRMS, or CRM\-based hiring systems
- Solid understanding of Indian employment law, PF/ESIC, and offer letter structures
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with GHL, Notion, or automation\-based hiring workflows
- Background in a startup or multi\-entity group
- Familiarity with Naukri or Shine for sourcing
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
