Role Description
BES is the human engine of the NBD pipeline. The role qualifies every inbound lead via Round 1 calls, and converts every qualified + GA-researched lead into a confirmed BDM appointment via Round 2 outreach. BES owns the full appointment lifecycle — from first contact through 2-stage reconfirmation on the meeting day. BES does not conduct meetings, close deals, or own lead records.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B outbound telesales, inside sales, SDR, appointment-setting, or lead qualification roles.
Excellent spoken Hindi and business-grade English; clear written email drafting.
Solid listening and note-taking ability — captures prospect needs accurately under call pressure.
Demonstrable comfort with calling
Graduate — B.Sc / B.Pharm / BBA / B.Com (B.Pharm or B.Sc preferred)
