Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Development (EIC preferred)
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts including:
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle
- SQL – mandatory (queries, troubleshooting, reporting)
- Java – good to have
- Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, and integrations
- Knowledge of Directory Services such as Active Directory and Azure AD
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks:
- SOX
- ISO 27001
- Expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management
- Experience with Access Certifications, Access Reviews, and Governance processes
- Ability to translate compliance requirements into technical IAM solutions
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Effective stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-severity production incidents
- Ownership-driven and proactive approach
