Pay: $55,000–$70,000 per year + quarterly performance bonus

Job Summary

MYC Media is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage company-generated leads, house accounts, existing customers, dormant accounts, and quote follow-ups.

The person hired will be responsible for converting incoming opportunities, following up on open quotes, growing existing customer accounts, and helping turn customer demand into approved revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads from phone calls, website inquiries, walk-ins, marketing, and repeat customers
• Follow up on open quotes until they are approved, lost, or disqualified
• Manage house accounts and existing customer opportunities
• Reactivate dormant accounts and past customers
• Identify repeat-order and account-growth opportunities
• Communicate with customers about project needs, pricing, timelines, and next steps
• Ask customers for decisions and approvals
• Work with estimating, design, production, and installation teams
• Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and customer records
• Help improve close rates on company-generated opportunities

Requirements

• Inside sales, account management, customer sales, or B2B sales experience
• Strong follow-up habits
• Comfortable asking customers for approvals
• Ability to manage multiple open quotes and customer requests
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to learn custom products and project-based selling
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving business
• Able to keep accurate notes and follow-up records

Industry experience is helpful, but follow-up discipline, organization, customer communication, and ability to close are more important.

• Only wants to answer phones and pass messages
• Avoids follow-up
• Is uncomfortable asking customers for approval
• Cannot manage multiple open quotes
• Needs constant supervision
• Is looking for a slow-paced customer service job
• Confuses being helpful with producing sales results

Compensation

$55,000–$70,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonus.

Bonus is based on sales results, quote follow-up, existing customer growth, dormant account reactivation, and closed revenue.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
