Account Executive (Accounting)

Key Responsibilities Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions accurately. Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records. Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and account reconciliations. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Required Skills Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered. Preferred QualificationsExperience working with ERP/accounting software. Knowledge of payroll processing is an added advantage.
