Proposal Coordinator & Graphic Designer

MTFA Architecture | Arlington, VA

At MTFA, we design spaces that serve people — wherever community gathers, history matters, or change is needed. We're looking for someone to help us tell that story.

As a full-time Proposal Coordinator & Graphic Designer, you'll craft the visual voice behind MTFA's proposals, marketing materials, and digital presence. You'll work alongside a collaborative, detail-oriented team who believes good design, in the work and on the page, is always worth the effort.

You bring:

· Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, English, Architecture, Historic Preservation, or a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a related role

· Adobe InDesign, Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office proficiency and a sharp eye for layout and detail

· Social media savvy and comfort with digital content creation

· Graphic design and website content development experience with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

· A collaborative spirit and the ability to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· U.S. citizenship or permanent U.S. residency

· Working knowledge of Deltek Ajera is a bonus!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
