Job Description
Location: Montreal - 3 days work from office.
Type: Contract
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong backend and frontend experience, solid hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), and strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives (Options) within a capital markets environment.
Required Experience
- 8+ years total software development experience
- 5+ years in .NET (C#)
- 4+ years in Python
- 4+ years in Java (frontend or full-stack)
- 2+ years working with AI/LLMs (hands-on implementation)
- 3+ years in Capital Markets
- 2+ years specifically in Equity Derivatives / Options
Technology Stack
- Backend: .NET (C#), Python
- Frontend: Java
- In-memory Data Grid: Apache Ignite (or similar)
- AI: LLM integration (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, API integration)
Note: Candidates do not need mastery of all technologies. A strong combination of backend + Frontend + AI + domain expertise is acceptable.
