Hiring: Formulation Development Scientist – Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
We are looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our Formulation Development team.
Experience: 2–8 years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Formulation development of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products for Indian and global markets.
- Conduct literature searches and pre-formulation studies.
- Perform formulation optimization and product development activities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor stability studies.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product development reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in OSD formulation development.
- Good understanding of pre-formulation, stability studies, and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
