Continuous Improvement Specialist

Are you passionate about making things work better? MSH Americas is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Quality team and help drive meaningful change across the organisation.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify inefficiencies and implement lasting solutions.

What you will be doing

• Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that streamline workflows and reduce costs
• Analyse data and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Drive digital adoption initiatives, including eClaims, Virtual Agent, RPA, and automation projects
• Collaborate with QA teams and training departments to embed sustainable improvements
• Monitor and evaluate performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Business Excellence roadmap

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, performance management, or change management
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder presentation skills

• Insurance industry experience
• Bilingual English/French
• Digital transformation (RPA, ChatBot, eClaims)
• Value stream mapping
• Root cause problem solving
