Are you passionate about making things work better? MSH Americas is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Quality team and help drive meaningful change across the organisation.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional process improvement and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify inefficiencies and implement lasting solutions.
What you will be doing
- Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that streamline workflows and reduce costs
- Analyse data and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Drive digital adoption initiatives, including eClaims, Virtual Agent, RPA, and automation projects
- Collaborate with QA teams and training departments to embed sustainable improvements
- Monitor and evaluate performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Business Excellence roadmap
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, performance management, or change management
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder presentation skills
Bonus points if you have
- Insurance industry experience
- Bilingual English/French
- Digital transformation (RPA, ChatBot, eClaims)
- Value stream mapping
- Root cause problem solving
