Role Overview
This position requires a talented technical project manager for the ServiceNow Transformation Team with responsibility to drive consistent agile program/project management with a focus on stakeholder management and end to end organizational change management for the ServiceNow Value Team. In addition, this role will facilitate intake of demand for business engagements to enhance how business processes work. This position will require project planning and management to deliver high value new capabilities to the enterprise. This position will report to the Associate Director of the ServiceNow Transformation Function. The company is building out it’s ServiceNow Platform with leading edge AI capabilities and workflows to power not only IT, HR, and Finance but the core businesses of R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercialization. This is a fast-paced role with high visibility in for a growing enterprise platform.
The successful candidate will have responsibility to partner with the ServiceNow technical product managers and business stakeholders to develop technical roadmaps for the platform capabilities. They will play a crucial role in driving the delivery success and value management realization for the platform and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize product adoption.
What will you do in this role:
- Creates project charters, milestone and sprint plans, and release notes for ServiceNow products
- Applies methodical approach to project issue definition and resolution (including escalation). Will encourage teams to adhere to agile and product management templates and frameworks that have been defined.
- Facilitates a series of group activities or workshops in situations of complexity and ambiguity to drive the design, testing, build, and adoption of ServiceNow products
- Understands required inputs and outputs from team members to facilitate the team to deliver.

A driven, hands-on, and energetic personality, (s)he will be a natural self-starter with a focused approach to problem solving and a willingness to roll their sleeves up to achieve their objectives.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business science, computer science, or a related field.
Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT project or program management, preferably with the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience with Agile, Scaled Agile frameworks for project management
- Proven track record of success in managing global IT projects or programs
- Exceptional meeting facilitation and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
