Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Acceleration

  • Develop and execute AI-driven growth strategies to drive revenue, pipeline velocity, and customer acquisition.
  • Own end-to-end funnel performance – from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Design and implement growth experiments, A/B testing frameworks, and performance optimization strategies.

2. Demand Generation & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, outbound, and partnerships.
  • Drive inbound and outbound lead generation aligned with business targets.
  • Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve lifetime value (LTV).

3. CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Build and manage CRM workflows, lead scoring models, and lifecycle automation.
  • Improve lead nurturing, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting through automation.
  • Align marketing systems with sales processes for better pipeline visibility.

4. SEO, Content & Digital Growth

  • Lead organic growth strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
  • Scale content production using Generative AI and prompt engineering while maintaining quality and brand voice.
  • Optimize landing pages and website journeys for higher conversion rates.

5. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Establish KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for campaign performance and ROI tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and campaign data to drive decision-making.
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership through structured reporting.

6. Market Research & Positioning

  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Refine value propositions, messaging frameworks, and GTM strategies.
  • Support brand positioning across international markets.

7. Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
  • Develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, and messaging frameworks.
  • Support outbound efforts with structured frameworks and targeting strategies.

8. Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including content, performance, and design.
  • Drive collaboration and ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in Growth/Performance Marketing
  • Experience in lead generation & revenue growth
  • Hands-on with SEO, paid campaigns, and funnels
  • Experience with CRM & marketing automation
  • Strong data analysis and optimization skills
  • Team handling experience preferred
