Contestant Production Manager

Core Function: Serve as the operational hub for all confirmed contestants — aligning casting, production, and logistics to ensure participants are cleared, coordinated, and ready at speed.

What you’ll be doing:

Work alongside Production teams to align contestant readiness with the master production schedule
Partner closely with the Head of Casting to ensure creative shifts are routed back through the casting team efficiently
Act as the central point of coordination between Casting, Care, Legal, and Production
Own contestant readiness timelines and communicate timing impacts in fast-moving environments
Forecast staffing needs based on volume and complexity
Oversee medical, psychological, and legal clearance completion
Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
Manage travel, lodging, intake logistics, and on-set roster tracking
Track contestant operations budget and flag risks or variances early
Serve as the operational escalation point during production
Supervise the Contestant and Care Coordinators and maintain organized tracking systems
