Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and creative NTT Mother Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based, activity-oriented, and experiential learning while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based lessons.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's overall cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Conduct interactive activities such as storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and sensory play.
• Monitor student progress and maintain developmental records.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's growth and development.
• Encourage positive behaviour, discipline, and healthy habits.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Prepare teaching-learning materials and maintain classroom displays.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and training programmes.
• Maintain academic records and other required documentation.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Sound understanding of child psychology and early childhood development.
• Creativity in lesson planning and activity design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards children.
• Ability to build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, presentations, digital teaching tools).

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
