What The Role Entails: As a Persnal Lines Account Executive with us, you'll dive into a range of responsibilities, including:
- Serving ongoing client needs, providing advice, assessments and solutions.
- Driving new business growth by selling policies to new clients, while retaining existing relationships.
- Innovating lead generation strategies to maintain a constant robust pipeline of prospects.
- Negotiating coverages, rates, and premiums with insurance underwriters to secure optimal solutions for clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Candidate Qualifications:
Required:
- RIBO License is required*
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling personal lines insurance for a brokerage or insurance company
- Experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Applied Systems is an asset.
Skill Sets Required:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to independently generate and close sales leads.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
