Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Director – Compensation & Benefits to lead our Total Rewards function and drive strategic compensation, benefits, and reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and performance-driven reward practices across the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's compensation and benefits strategy.
- Manage annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
- Drive market benchmarking, pay equity, and compensation governance.
- Design and optimize employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Partner with business leaders on reward-related decisions and workforce planning.
- Provide compensation analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable compensation and benefits regulations.
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
- Strong expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, incentives, and benefits management.
- Experience leading reward programs in large organizations, preferably within IT Services, Technology, GCC, or Consulting environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications (CCP, GRP, CEBS) preferred.
