Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep experience in the general insurance domain to join our team.
• In this role, you will act as a crucial bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams.
• You will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure that our systems and processes support our underwriting, claims, and policy administration functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• - Analyze and document business requirements for general insurance systems (policy, claims, billing).
• - Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• - Work with stakeholders to define and improve underwriting, claims, and policy processes.
• - Collaborate with development teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• - Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet business needs.
• - Support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• - 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the general insurance industry.
• - Deep understanding of general insurance business processes (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration).
• - Experience with insurance core systems.
• - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• - Experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms.
• - Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• - Certified Business Analysis Skilled (CBAP) or equivalent.
