🚀 Hiring: Technical Support Specialist (Contract Opportunity)
📍 Location: Lexington, NC 27295
🕒 Duration: 3-Month Contract with possible extension
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday
- 3 days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2 days: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🔎 About the Role:
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for end users. This role involves troubleshooting, system support, and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
- Install and configure software, print drivers, and utilities
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues
- Provide technical support to clients and diagnose desktop/laptop issues
- Monitor systems, identify problems, and implement corrective actions
✅ Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education & experience)
- 3–5 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a flexible schedule
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and laptops
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and end-user support
- Prior technical support experience is a plus
