Ui / Ux Designer - Remote (Permanent)

We are an international creative and tech agency based in Barcelona, specialised in web and app design, branding, and digital strategy.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to take a key role on the creative side — shaping design direction, delivering high-quality interfaces, and working closely with our Creative Director on ambitious projects for international clients.

This is not a production-only role. We are looking for a designer who enjoys thinking, proposing, and improving design solutions — not just executing briefs.

Responsibilities

WEB DESIGN

• Design stunning, interactive and functional websites based on client needs
• Implement UX/UI best practices and collaborate with the development team
• Research design trends and ensure final designs align with client briefs and brand guidelines

BRANDING

• Develop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, packaging and branded materials for merchandise
• Create graphic materials for marketing campaigns, such as Google display banners, social media visuals, newsletters, and promotional materials

WORKFLOW

• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
• Collaboration with the Creative Director
• Work with the project manager to ensure scope, timelines, and quality expectations are met

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Min 4–5 years of experience designing websites/apps with a strong focus on UX/UI
• Solid knowledge of WebFlow design
• Familiarity with Figma for design and prototype
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including wireframes, user flows, and user journeys
• Solid skills in typography, visual composition, and color
• Knowledge of Motion and 3D is a plus (e.G. Blender, After Effects, Spline, Rive, GSAP)
• B2 in English OR Spanish;

other foreign language is a plus
