Strong grounding in racial equity, social justice, and emancipatory frameworks across teaching, research, and service
Knowledge of CSWE accreditation standards and curriculum development for BSW and MSW programs
Understanding of substance abuse, social welfare policy, and generalist/advanced social work practice
Experience with community-engaged and participatory research methodologies
Demonstrated capacity for scholarly research, peer-reviewed publication, and grant-funded research, including securing and managing extramural funding
Effective undergraduate teaching skills, including curriculum design, assessment, and student-centered pedagogy
Proven mentorship, advising, and communication skills with diverse undergraduate and graduate students
Capacity to teach across multiple content areas, particularly policy, substance abuse, and social work practice
