Position: Hospital Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to lead and manage overall hospital operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including OPD, IPD, emergency, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services
- Ensure smooth patient flow, optimal resource utilization, and implementation of SOPs
- Manage HR functions, staffing, and administrative processes
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety measures
- Address patient concerns and enhance service experience
- Lead and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/MHA/PGDHA in Healthcare or Hospital Administration (MBBS with management qualification preferred)
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles
