Position: Hospital Administrator

Location: Gurugram

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to lead and manage overall hospital operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations including OPD, IPD, emergency, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services
  • Ensure smooth patient flow, optimal resource utilization, and implementation of SOPs
  • Manage HR functions, staffing, and administrative processes
  • Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety measures
  • Address patient concerns and enhance service experience
  • Lead and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/MHA/PGDHA in Healthcare or Hospital Administration (MBBS with management qualification preferred)
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles
