Picker/packer Team Leader Dakshina Kannada (India)

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Last Mile TL to join our warehouse operations team in our Stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth handling, processing, and movement of FMCG goods from the store to the final delivery point.

This role involves package handling, inventory control, coordination with delivery partners, and maintaining high efficiency in the last-mile supply chain process.

Job Location: Bajpe, Dheeralakatte, Bikaranakatte, Valencia, Padivinangadi, etc

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound FMCG packages with accuracy and care.

Ensure timely sorting, scanning, and dispatch of goods.

Conduct package audits, verify documentation, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with delivery executives and logistics partners for smooth last-mile operations.

Track shipments and update system records accurately.

Identify and report operational issues, delays, and discrepancies.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse.

Support daily warehouse activities and assist in improving operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Knowledge of basic computer operations (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet browsing).

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to lift packages and work in a fast-paced setting.

Previous experience in warehouse/logistics/FMCG is an added advantage.
