We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to support and execute our digital acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Paid Media & SEO, this role will focus on the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, primarily across Google platforms, to drive qualified traffic, revenue, and new customer growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in paid media who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and is eager to deepen their expertise while contributing to the next stage of growth.
Some of what you'll do:
Paid Media Execution & Optimization (70%)
- Manage the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns including keyword structures, bidding strategies, audience signals, and feed-based activations.
- Monitor performance daily and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Support the management and allocation of media budgets to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research and expansion to capture incremental demand and improve campaign coverage.
- Contribute to testing initiatives across ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to align on campaigns and site experience.
Analytics & Performance Insights (20%)
- Support daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting across paid media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in attribution analysis and ensure data accuracy across platforms (GA4, Google Ads).
- Contribute to post-campaign analysis and testing readouts with actionable insights.
SEO Support & Site Optimization (10%)
- Support basic SEO initiatives including on-page updates (meta titles, descriptions, and content optimizations).
- Conduct keyword research to inform content opportunities and improve site relevance.
- Identify internal linking opportunities to support site structure and organic visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with search intent and best practices.
Some of what you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, preferably within e-commerce or DTC.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Solid understanding of paid media KPIs including ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and CAC.
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword research, internal linking) is an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or luxury industry is a strong asset.
Given the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world. Proficiency in languages other than French (notably, English) will be an asset for the successful candidate.
