Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Admission Executive / Student Counsellor to support student acquisition and admission processes across multiple centers. This role involves field visits, student interaction, and counselling to drive enrollments and achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit and coordinate with multiple centers across Kolkata and North Kolkata
• Engage with prospective students, walk-ins, and faculty members
• Provide counselling to students regarding courses, career options, and enrollment process
• Generate leads and convert them into successful admissions
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates
• Support and execute admission-related activities and campaigns
• Ensure achievement of assigned admission targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Bengali, English, and Hindi (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in education, training, or EdTech industry
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
