A day in the life:     

As a CDL Driver / Transport Driver at Monster Energy, you'll be the driving force behind the delivery of our electrifying energy drinks. You'll command your licensed class of vehicle with precision, ensuring that each delivery is not only timely but also embodies the spirit of our dynamic lifestyle brands. With your critical thinking skills, you'll navigate routes like a pro, making swift decisions that keep the wheels turning and our customers thrilled. Your mission is to deliver our products safely, punctually, and in line with customer expectations, fueling the world with the energy only Monster can provide. Get ready to hit the road and unleash the beast!   

The impact you’ll make:

  • Efficiently deliver product to company satellite locations, rotate and count inventory if necessary, process paperwork accurately, follow driver safety rules and provide professional customer service. Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.

  • Handle company equipment properly, follow written driver safety rules, and perform pre-trip inspection. Ensure routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes or tire rotations, are performed in a timely manner on the delivery vehicle(s).
  • Report accidents and injuries and any damage to equipment immediately. Exercise caution in treacherous circumstances and report unsafe vehicle or road conditions to supervisors and highway authorities.

  • Inspect trailers before and after loading, paying attention to status of air lines and jack positions and adjusting them as necessary. Visit weigh stations before and after packing to ensure that loads meet state safety regulations, making alterations to loads when required by law.

Who you are:   

  • Completion of CDL truck driving school
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in route delivery experience
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in driving straight truck
  • Computer Skills Desired: Basic computer skills
  • Preferred Certifications: Valid Commercial Driver s License (CDL), Class A or Class B.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Clean driving record; must pass physical exam
