A Day in the Life:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll partner across Sales, Sales Operations, Bottling Partners, and Field Execution teams to turn complex commercial data into meaningful business insights that drive action. You'll also play a key role in advancing Monster's AI-enabled analytics strategy by integrating intelligent solutions into reporting workflows, improving automation, strengthening data accessibility, and helping shape the future of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Own and evolve high-impact Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform complex commercial data into actionable insights across Shipments, Depletions, Distribution, Nielsen, Survey, and other critical business metrics.
  • Pioneer the next generation of data analytics by designing and deploying autonomous AI agents that can independently query, analyze, and uncover insights from Monster's commercial data ecosystem.
  • Harness large-scale data from SQL Server, Azure SQL, SAP, Google Analytics, and other enterprise platforms to deliver advanced analytics, compelling visualizations, and scalable reporting solutions that fuel business growth.
  • Champion a data-first culture by empowering stakeholders to make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions through accessible, insight-driven analytics and innovative business processes.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business narratives, helping cross-functional teams unlock the full value hidden within their data.
  • Become the go-to expert on sales and commercial data, leveraging advanced analytics tools such as Python and R to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and hidden revenue-driving insights.
  • Influence strategic decision-making by presenting executive-ready analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, Sales Operations, and Monster's North American sales organization.
  • Build secure, scalable integrations between AI solutions and Microsoft Fabric using Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, and modern enterprise connectivity frameworks.
  • Drive AI quality and reliability by implementing validation frameworks, monitoring hallucination rates, mitigating prompt injection risks, and ensuring trustworthy analytical outputs at scale.
  • Lead the organization's agentic analytics journey by serving as a subject matter expert, developing training programs, and enabling commercial teams to confidently leverage AI-powered insights in their daily decision-making.
  • Shape the future of analytics at Monster Energy by combining cutting-edge AI, enterprise data platforms, and business intelligence to unlock competitive advantages and accelerate growth.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Development, or a similar advanced analytics role, with hands-on experience designing enterprise reporting solutions and working within the Microsoft data ecosystem.
  • Recent Microsoft Fabric experience, including expertise across OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouses, Data Factory pipelines, and Direct Lake/VertiPaq storage architectures.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX development, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, performance optimization, and enterprise-scale dashboard design.
  • Strong experience working with large, complex datasets and integrating data from multiple sources to deliver reliable, scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for uncovering opportunities, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement through data.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Professional Category Analyst (CPCA) or other certifications and training related to Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence.
