We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A day in the life:

As the Principal Architect, Supply Chain & Digital Transformation, you will be an experienced Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) professional with a deep understanding of best business practices along with major system solutions implementations, particularly SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformations. Lead the effort to build a subject matter expert (SME) team, gather business requirements, design, build and implement systems and support hypercare, in close partnership with IT and cross-functional business groups. Serve as a key technical and functional leader across SAP Ariba, S/4HANA MM/Procurement, and Source-to-Pay process design, with working knowledge of downstream integration points into Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), and Master Data Governance (MDG). Lead efforts to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies throughout the organization, working extensively with internal business leaders, IT and external partners to improve employee productivity and meet the extremely complex demands of our global supply chain. Be a subject matter expert providing insight and support on global, cross-functional or regional initiatives.

The impact you'll make:

· Serve as the main conduit between Procurement and S2P business teams and IT partners to support digital roadmap key strategies using best industry practices, data-driven decisions, and mature system solutions.
· Provide architectural leadership and hands-on design guidance across SAP Ariba, S/4HANA MM, and Source-to-Pay processes (sourcing, contracts, purchasing, invoicing, supplier management) to ensure integrated, scalable solutions across a global instance (NA/EU/LATAM/APAC).
· Analyze business requirements, prioritize based on solution cost/benefit analysis, present to leadership, and lead successful implementation roadmap.
· Serve as the main business liaison between business functions of Sourcing & Procurement partners to support digital roadmap key strategies using best industry practices, data-driven decisions, and mature system solutions.
· Identify inefficient business processes across Procurement and Source-to-Pay and automate using digital solutions (RPA, workflow automation, guided buying).
· Identify, evaluate, select, and implement AI applications and solutions across Procurement and broader operations organizations.
· Partner with Logistics, Transportation, and Trade Compliance teams to ensure Procurement-driven master data and processes align cleanly with downstream TM, GTS, and MDG design.
· Identify, track, and coordinate cross program/project dependencies with proposed priorities.
· Actively engage with operations leaders to identify business problems that are conducive to AI and/or automation solutions in line with Digital Transformation (DT) road map and vision.
· Be an active member of the DT leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
· Promote a culture for adoption of automation to improve process efficiency, productivity and effectiveness.

Who you are:

· Prefer a bachelor's degree in the field of Business, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
· 8+ years of experience in SAP Procurement/Source-to-Pay applications, with demonstrated architecture-level ownership across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying, Supplier Management) and SAP S/4HANA MM/Procurement, including greenfield or brownfield implementation experience.
· More than 5 years of experience in working with or in an IT business applications organization successfully aligning teams to a common business process and application adoption.
· Working knowledge of SAP TM, GTS, and/or MDG integration touchpoints with Procurement and master data preferred.
· Computer Skills Desired: Strong background with automation tools and platforms (e.g., RPA, Workflow automation, process mining, etc.). Strong background with SAP IBP, GATP, CPI, BTP, and S/4HANA Procurement components with hands-on configuration and design experience.
