About the Role

As a Senior Producer (temp), you will independently lead and oversee complex, high-volume digital production workstreams across global teams. You will manage the full lifecycle of campaign asset production—from briefing to delivery—while serving as the primary client-facing lead for one of our main tech clients. Our ideal candidate is a fast, flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities and has a natural aptitude for collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of a high volume of mid-funnel and on-site assets, including static digital, DOOH, OOH, and OLVs, with the creative and production team at Monks.
  • Establish project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to align with campaign goals and objectives.
  • Build and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and budgets for timely and cost-effective delivery of creative assets.
  • Partner closely with client teams to manage reviews, approvals, and brand compliance.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
  • Lead production efforts to ensure timely and expectations-exceeding delivery.
  • Bring in-house talent together and ensure high-quality work.
  • Scope and quote projects, as well as plan production work with realistic targets and deadlines.
  • Manage the end-to-end project life cycle from client briefing to delivery, ensuring operational clarity for all teams.
  • Proactively communicate updates on changing project priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
  • Plan ahead and manage resources efficiently on a day-to-day and hour-to-hour basis.
  • Act as a taskmaster, defining and communicating milestones across teams.
  • Provide quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team.
  • Manage asset trafficking and client feedback loops.
  • Track project changes and assess their impact on scope, cost, and timelines.
  • Review project hours burn reports for accuracy and risks.
  • Support strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Serve as the main lead client point-of-contact on all projects.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to escalate client issues and mitigate risk.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the creative team for their success.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and evaluate project performance with the support of Account Management.

Salary and Type:

  • Annual salary: CAD 80,000–90,000

  • Position type: Temporary, full-time schedule

  • Contract duration: through October 31, 2026, with the potential to convert to FTE based on performance and business needs
