JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the sales team in achieving targets, improve the customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of the company. You will become a product knowledge specialist, providing insights into prospects with lead generation and competitive analysis being a key focus. The ideal candidate should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on analytics, database management, and sales and marketing in space.
This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Jose when required for customer support and able to travel for customer or trade events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs, timelines, budgets, and technical constraints
