Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive & Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing reports, maintaining accurate product and customer data, coordinating quotations and orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, warehouse, and accounts. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesMIS ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Maintain and update sales, customer, and product databases. Create reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel. Analyze sales data and provide insights to management. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and orders. Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission. Generate customized reports as required. Sales Coordination ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the Sales Engineers and customers regarding enquiries. Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure. Process sales orders and coordinate with warehouse for dispatch. Track order status and update customers regularly. Coordinate with Accounts for payment follow-ups and dispatch approvals. Maintain CRM with complete and accurate information. Handle customer communication through phone and email. Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries.
