Our client, a leading precision machining company in the GTA, is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career growth in a clean, well-equipped, and innovative shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines (DMG MORI experience preffered)
• Perform tool changes, machine changeovers, and program adjustments
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure tight tolerances and high-quality finishes
• Collaborate with programmers and engineers to optimize machining processes
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong experience with DMG MORI machines (setup and changeover preferred)
• Ability to read G-code and make offsets as required
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Compensation: $24-32/hr
